There's no slide deck. Lisa works on her own screen and you build along on yours, starting at 9:00 AM Pacific, with a lunch handoff and an afternoon break.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. Every step is written in plain English, and many file steps are given as prompts for Claude to do for you. You will need to be comfortable following instructions on your computer and checking your own work.
Do I need Claude?
Yes. You'll need the Claude desktop app on a paid Claude plan that includes the capabilities used in the training. The pre-workshop homework walks you through the setup.
Do I need ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT is optional. If you use it, the course shows you how to point it to your Smart Business Brain. If you don't, you can skip that step.
Do I need Smart System Suite?
No. Smart System Suite is not required to take part in the course or the workshop.
What computer do I need?
A Mac or a 64-bit Windows PC. Recommended: Apple M1 or newer, or Windows 11, with 16 GB of memory and 50 GB of free space. You'll also need Google Drive for desktop and a Google account. The Hardware Readiness guide in your homework helps you check your computer, and there's a path for older machines too. Please don't buy or upgrade a computer for this.
What if I already use AI?
Good. You'll get more from it. This isn't an introduction to AI. It's how to organize the AI you already use into a system that knows your business and a team with defined jobs.
Is this just a prompt course?
No. You'll get a prompt pack, but the focus is the Brain2AITeam™ Method: organizing your business intelligence, then building, training and deploying AI team members with defined roles, skills, workflows and governance.
Will I build my AI team during the training?
Yes. During the live workshop you build your Smart Business Brain, install your AI Team Director, and create, test and install your first AI team member. After the workshop, the course shows you how to add the next team member when a real business need calls for it.
Will my AI team run things on its own?
Only as far as you allow. Every new team member starts at draft only. You approve everything, and you automate a job only after you've proven it works by hand.
What happens if I can't attend live?
The live sessions are recorded for the course, and the replay is added once it's ready. Every activity is built so you can pause and follow along at your own pace. Joining live is the best way to get your questions answered as you build.
